Yummy Creation Recipie

So I created a yummy recipie. I am not sure if I actually created it but I made it and it is a life saver: Tropical Kugel. Here is how you make it.

*3 cups of Farfel (or crumble up leftover matzo)
(For moister kugel wet the farfel and drain off excess water)
*2 Eggs
*1/2 cup organic sugar
*1 1/2 cup fruit combo (I used strawberries, peaches and mango)
*1/2 cup either canned peach syrup or peach juice - I recommend doing this only if you don't moisten the farfel.
*1/4 cup butter melted

Blend all ingredients except fruit until all farfel is moistened. Add fruit and blend again. Pour into glass pie pan and bake in 325 oven for 40-45 minutes until top is golden brown.

Wonderful for Pesach when you are craving sweets. Also good served warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
