Sometimes an innocent thing can really cause you to stop and think about how you are living. I have to say I am relatively new to Facebook but it has helped me to reach out to people from my high school days. Today I got a really nice comments from someone I knew in high school in regard to how I seem to be living a really positive life.
While I guess you can say that is true I know that I am not living as positive of a life as I could be. This makes me feel like a hypocrite; something I despise in others. Therefore I have made a decision to make myself behave in a more positive manner from here on out. After all I am to be an example for others and G-d wants us to be an encouragement not a hindrance to others. How can I share the good news if I seem to have a sarcastic remark or snide comment for every situation?
I know I have a lot of insight and goodness to share with others and it is my duty to work through my typical, fleshly, cold hearted nature and show love for all and look at the good in all situations. Thank G-d that He is on my side as I couldn't do it alone. It is in my list of things to pray for daily. I will keep you posted.
My first job is going to be looking at the positive side of being trained along with people that move at a slower pace than me. This is extremely trying on my patience but I vow that tomorrow I will not have a grumbling spirit about it.
