Shabbot Shalom!

Good Morning All!

Don't you love it when you try to sleep in only to be awakened by what feels like a tiny masseuse running all over your body? No matter how you try to push them off or tell them to look at the clock, cats don't care. They don't care that you got everything done last night so you could sleep in. They don't care that it is 5:45 and you don't even get up that early on work days. They want you up now! They usually win!

Anywho, I am up, I decided to eat breakfast, hooray for leftover Chinese food. Today will be a long day as we have oneg duties. This means our gruop of four (or maybe it is three now) families provide the food for the meal after service. I am providing chicken and tortilla chips that are going to be used for some dish another member is making. I am making salad and rice and beans. So last night I cut everything up and it is all ready to go. In addition to providing the food and setting up we are also responsible for clean up.

This shouldn't be a big deal but I am looking forward to my surprise from Husband for my birthday and we are doing it today after temple. I want my surprise!
