A New West

So finally it has happened. It was a surprise and it still seems a little surreal but it is going to happen. Soon there will be a new addition to the West family!!

It is exciting and I am looking forward to it at the same time I almost don't believe it. I can't wait to start showing and feeling the baby move around inside me. I am also ready for the morning sickness to subside and for a full nights sleep. Those two things seem almost impossible to imagine right now.

Anyway things are moving along well. I just wish that my mom and husband's step-mom were a little closer to us. But I guess that's the good part about technology we can all be close when we are far.

We hope to find out the sex of the baby as soon as it's possible. Vince is, of course, hoping for a boy. I would also like a boy so we will have one of each but I know we will be happy either way.

The names we have chosen are: Atlee Judah West (Boy) or Rebekah Kay West (Girl)
